Wooden Roof Trusses Are Installed at the Woolworth Building

The Woolworth building roof structure progresses as crews install wooden trusses over the steel framework. Each truss is lifted by crane from the staging area and guided into place by workers on the second floor. The process requires precision as crews carefully secure the trusses to the structure. Decking will be laid across them and finished with a waterproof membrane designed for durability and energy efficiency, marking a major step forward in restoring the landmark.
