Crews at the Peoples Bank building have installed the second-floor windows, marking a major step forward in the restoration process. Each historically accurate window was carefully set into the preinstalled frames and aligned to match the original proportions of the 1920s façade. The installation was carried out in pairs, with each window securely fastened and sealed before moving to the next. This process ensures both historical accuracy and modern performance, combining the look of the original structure with improved efficiency and durability. The completed installation brings the restoration one step closer to unveiling the building’s fully revitalized exterior.
