HVAC Framework Installation Advances at the Peoples Bank Building

Crews install overhead framework for air distribution systems.
Steel framing is secured overhead to support the future HVAC system layout in the Peoples Bank building.

HVAC crews are installing the metal framework that will support the ductwork and air distribution systems throughout the first floor of the Peoples Bank building. Lightweight steel members are fastened together overhead, forming the structural grid that will house vents, ducts and mechanical connections.

This framework defines the future ceiling layout and ensures precise placement of air delivery points across the space. Each section is aligned and secured to accommodate a high-efficiency HVAC system, with dedicated air handlers planned for each floor to provide balanced airflow and consistent interior conditions. The work establishes the infrastructure necessary for modern climate control while integrating seamlessly within the building’s restored interior.
