The Cleveland Street Alliance marks a major milestone as the first “Coming Soon” displays go up at the restored Telephone Building—announcing the arrival of a new restaurant opening in their first restored building on Cleveland Street.
The historic Telephone Building signals progress as it becomes downtown Clearwater’s next culinary destination.
This upcoming restaurant, created by the team behind Ohio’s Flip Side Burgers & Shakes—a chef-driven restaurant known for craft burgers, specialty shakes and fresh, locally sourced ingredients—signals an exciting step in the ongoing transformation of Cleveland Street. The signage hints at a classic-style burger joint soon to fill the air with the aroma of sizzling burgers, crisp fries and rich shakes that echo the essence of the restored building.
While the name and menu of the new restaurant will be announced in the near future, anticipation is already building. Once open, the restaurant will bring new life to the historic landmark and offer locals and visitors a unique space to enjoy a bite in the heart of downtown Clearwater.
