Specialty Glass Installation Completed on West Wall of Peoples Bank Building

Installing specialty glass in west wall windows.
Fire-resistant specialty glass allows light to pass through while adding protection to the building.

Specialty glass has been installed in the west wall window openings of the Peoples Bank building, marking a visible milestone after several days of preparation. Each panel weighs more than 400 pounds and was carefully set into place using the previously installed metal support system. The glass is fire-resistant, providing added protection while still allowing natural light to fill the space—an important factor in preserving the building’s original openness and architecture.
