More than 30 new steel columns were installed inside the Telephone Building to provide lasting support for its historic envelope. These reinforcements are a crucial part of the building’s adaptive reuse and long-term preservation.

Custom fabricated for the site, the new columns enhance the building’s stability while allowing for safe redevelopment. The effort was part of a broader campaign to ensure that the 1915 structure can continue to serve new uses in the decades to come.
