Excavated interior area prepared for plumbing installation

New underground plumbing has been installed at the Peoples Bank building to serve future first-floor commercial tenants. This phase includes piping for restrooms and a commercial-grade grease trap—both critical to supporting active use.

Using a mini excavator, crews dug precise trenches at key interior locations. Once excavation was complete, they installed new plumbing lines and prepared the system for grease trap placement.

This foundational work clears the way for slab preparation and concrete pouring, moving the restoration another step forward.
