The restoration of the Telephone Building’s back elevation is now complete, marking another visible milestone in the revitalization of this 1914 landmark. Crews meticulously restored the brickwork at the back of the structure and completed the electrical installation with attention to preserving the building’s historical appearance. Conduit runs are precisely aligned, and the finish reflects the high level of craftsmanship seen throughout the rest of the building.

This service area, which also houses the building’s trash receptacle, has been fully integrated into the design vision—preserving the historical fabric while ensuring architectural cohesion. With this work completed, the back façade now holds equal architectural weight and visual consistency with the more prominent front.
