Electrical work continues inside the Peoples Bank Building as crews install surface-mounted conduit throughout portions of the first floor. While the wiring is currently being routed along exposed structural elements, the installation serves as a temporary phase that supports ongoing construction and future building operations.
The approach allows electrical infrastructure to advance while maintaining flexibility for the eventual tenant build-out of the ground-floor space. Once future tenants finalize their interior layouts, the electrical systems can be reconfigured and integrated into designs tailored to the specific needs of each space.
