Interior Cleanup Prepares the Brown Brothers Building for Restoration

Debris cleared from open interior floor during restoration.
Debris removal continues to prepare interior spaces for the reconstruction phase.

Interior cleanup is actively progressing at the Brown Brothers Building, where crews are clearing out remaining materials from earlier demolition. Drywall, wood framing and other interior remnants are being sorted and hauled out, opening the space and improving site conditions for upcoming work.

This cleanup phase is a key step in preparing the building for restoration, allowing crews to fully access structural elements and evaluate the space before reconstruction begins. With the interior cleared, the project moves closer to reestablishing the building’s historic layout and preparing for future tenant buildout.
