A Partition Wall Is Removed Between Units 619 and 621 at Brown Brothers

Interior demolition work at the Brown Brothers Building has reached a key milestone: the removal of the partition wall between units 619 and 621.

This nonstructural wall once separated two commercial bays but has now been removed to allow greater spatial flexibility within the restored layout. Crews have also begun interior demolition in unit 619, clearing outdated wall assemblies in preparation for the next stage of reconstruction.
